Please include your Order Number and a brief description (including photos or videos) of the issue to help our engineers diagnose the problem quickly.

1. Warranty Period

Lokus Wellness offers a flexible warranty period ranging from 1 to 5 years. The specific duration depends on the category and model of the product purchased:

  • Standard Electronics: Typically covered under a 1-2 year warranty.
  • Specialized Medical Equipment: May qualify for extended coverage up to 5 years.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Lokus Wellness will, at its discretion, repair or replace products that prove to be defective due to improper manufacturing or faulty components.

3. What is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or physical damage caused by the user.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or environmental conditions outside the product's specifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., batteries, sensors, or electrodes) unless specified otherwise.

4. Warranty Procedure

  • Technical Assessment: Our engineering team will review your case. We may cross-reference the issue with the Pre-shipment Inspection Video recorded for your specific unit.
  • Resolution: If the defect is verified as a hardware failure covered by the policy, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement.
